Caracalla (188 d.C. – 217 d.C.). Roman emperor, son of Lucius Septimius Severus. Born in Lyon in 188 AD. He granted citizenship to all the inhabitants of the free standing Empire. “No one but me must have money so that I can give it to the soldiers.”
